By creating an account or using Verdan you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
2. The service
Verdan provides software to measure, reduce and report greenhouse gas emissions. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.
4. Your data
You own the data you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Liability
Verdan provides calculations based on the data and methods available. You remain responsible for the disclosures you publish.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
